Don't use this agency if you are looking for a pro active property manager who cares about client management. We recently discovered that despite giving them written instructions to renew a lease with the tenant for 12 months it never occurred. We found out six months later and when asked for an explanation the only thing we were told was the tenant cancelled an attendance appointment to sign the lease. Apparently no one bothered to follow up the tenant about it. To make matter worse they compounded their negligence by putting a note on the last inspection report to us that there was a lease in place when there was not. There was no acceptance of responsibility or ownership of the incident when we complained. Good customer service should mean the minute there was a problem identified, they should take step to fix it instead of refusing to take responsibility when it is in fact their god damned job to manage the property and look after the landlord's interests. So if you valued such attributes in a property manager don't look to Global property - they will only give you minimal service and no accoutability.

During our recent search for a house the staff and realtors here were fantastic they went above and beyond to help us find a house, they were great in communication and always finding things that were soo close to what we wanted they were great!
