I had my carpets cleaned and scotch guarded by this company. I was worried that the carpets would be wet afterwards as I'd been warned this could damage carpet. The operator assured me they would be dry by the end of the day especially since the weather was warm. Not only was the operator VERY late (1hour over the agreed time), the carpets stayed wet for DAYS and appeared to have a wear on the surface that wasnt there before. I called back the next day to query this and was asked to vaccum the carpet a few times then call back if not happy and he would come out and fix the problem. I called back after a week and then after two weeks and got no reply whatsoever. The claims made on the companies website regarding customer satisfaction are absolute rubbish! I felt that he never had any intention of coming back after I initally complained so just ignored my calls.
The scotch guarding was also too expensive and doesnt seem to have helped.
