Love gloria jeans so much. The interior is so beautiful. The coffee is so good and love the staff so nice and friendly. I also love the deserts and sweets! Best place to go and chill!!

Loved the interior of the restaurant, very earthy and with warm lighting i can just stay in that place drinking and chatting for hours, and probably will one day. The coffee itself is very well done by the staff, and they are by far the friendliest in all the coffee shops.

A busy outlet where you often have to wait, however I have found the service to be quite good at this Gloria Jeans.

Good coffee excellent service. The reason I like going to gloria jeans as the quality of service is exactly what I expect everytime. I want my food to be good and thats what I get from them.

need to wake up in the morning afternoon or evening? Well this place has the best coffee i don't know if its all the Gloria jeans are the same but this shop makes a good cuppa. It also has the best staff.

ordered an iced chocolate which took too long for them to make. asked for no cream but it had cream on it. found the price a little too expensive and the staff were not all that polite or friendly

I've been to many Gloria Jeans stores around Sydney and abroad. 9 times out of 10 its great. This store is one of the stores that really disappoints me. After ordering a simple latte, I proceeded to wait over 15mins to be made. I asked what was the hold up, and the man behind the counter proceeded to inform me that the order was forgotten! It wasn't even that busy. I've worked as a barista and having 3 people's coffee to make in one go isn't too much to ask
