Always get a great coffee. Some days you get a young person who doesn't engage but overall very nice little Gloria jeans. Great location and nice little sitting area.
I caught up with a friend at Gloria Jeans - we ordered 2 coffees and 2 banana breads, we had to sit behind a counter wall which was fine. When we realised our coffees were ready - we didn't hear them call our names, I went to get them while my friend looked after the bags. There was too much to carry and I asked if they could hand the coffee to my friend who was standing at the counter where we were sitting. No we cant help as if we spill it , we could get sued!
Ah there were 2 plates of banana bread...... No worries I can make two trips while the 3 of you stand there chatting to each other. A little service goes a long way!!

I LOVE Gloria Jean's variety of drinks. However it seems that their prices have risen recently, understandable but dissapointing.

A decent drop of coffee and fast service make this an ideal place to have a coffee whilst shopping at Southland
Come here all the time as the hot chocolates are amazing! The price could use a drop though, as lots of other cafes have cheaper.
My fav local coffee shop! Have been going there for years. Love the fact that they know me & what I like to have. Consistent quality of both coffee & service is very appreciated.

Coffee is always great. Staff is always friendly, smiling and welcoming. Sometimes gets very busy so be prepared for a wait. Costs a little more than other cafes, though I find service etc, much better than some other cafes at Southland. When busy, tables aren't cleaned as frequently. I usually have baby-wipes anyway. Lots of tables and for those who need it, it's fairly pram-friendly. Also, tables out the front. They usually have a couple of newspapers to read too, good if you don't buy the paper. Have coffee cards too, buy 10, get next one free.
