The vibe is good, but the cafe area is way too small and out of the two times I have been there, I can easily say that their coffee is very dissapointing. If you want something sweet however, their creamy iced coffee/chocolate is pretty yummy!

Service is quick however not always able to get a place to sit down inside immediately.Proves they must be doing something right. Some table outside that gives excess room. Easy to find.

The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic, but regardless were prompt and polite. I always buy the same cold drink at Gloria Jeans and they made it wonderfully.

Great promotions. Eg. Cappy Hour. Great coffee and light snacks. Accommodate requests. Friendly staff, very efficient. Very clean area. Never had a bad experience.
