I always buy my coffee from here on the go just after I do my groceries, its always made fresh, tastes great, has plenty of seats to sit on. really great store on the go

I'm a Gloria Jeans regular, so when in Ryde the other day, that is the first coffee shop I looked for. I just love the Mocca Caramel Latte

When in the area i will stop in for a coffee, however the quality is not consistent and it always appears a little messy and unclean, the service is always friendly, it is under new management so hopefully will improve, the store location is perfect with great potential, if it was on the market and i had the funds i would buy it.

This is one of the worst Gloria Jeans around. The service is always lacking and you really get the feeling that the owner is always trying to cut costs. Often they are out of cups or spoons serviettes and it's the small things that make the difference.
