The main point is that without fail I ALWAYS get very friendly service. It's so noticeable I just have to mention it ! Not to mention great coffee...I have not eaten food from here only beverages and have never been disappointed.
Visits to this coffee shop are very disappointing. Staff are often seen dancing to too loud music. Staff seem more interested in their social life than serving waiting customers. Tables are always dirty. Floors are dirty. The staff seem to be always unkempt. You'd be really lucky if you get a napkin or the right size spoon. Overall for a popular coffee chain this one is very disappointing.
