I'm really disappointed with this café. Their service could be ALOT better, especially with the younger staff. They often appear under-staffed, and I'll often find myself waiting to place any order whilst the younger workers and too busy chatting with each other to realise that there is a customer waiting! The coffee is ok - not great but not awful. The prices are reasonable. It's a real disappointment because I have been to plenty other Gloria Jean's cafes and been really happy with the quality of coffee and service.

I'm a massive coffee fan and addict and I always get the perfect cup of coffee whenever I go into Gloria Jeans. Some of the younger staff are quite rude and blunt. Well priced coffee and food items though.

I am the biggest coffee snob and have stayed away from this store for over a year due to coffee not being what i wanted. We went back saturday morning and the 3 staff were lovely. They prepared the coffee to my expectations and also the girls frappes. They assisted with the cream spoke to us and the coffee was a perfect combo of coffee and milk and carmel. well done guys we will be back for sure.

Very nice coffee, friendly staff, often appear a little short staffed as tables aren't cleared as quickly as needed to accommodate the new customers coming in.

Gloria Jeans in Pakenham has changed hands several times and the quality seems to go up and down a little with the owners/staff. I go there a fair bit and currently it's pretty good. The range of food has been lifted up a lot and the coffee is always good!

Great coffee best i have had in a while. Great customer service. Reasonable prices and have customer loyalty cards by 10 get 1 Free.
