Delicious variety of drinks. Great selection for hot and cold. Yummy coffee, many locations around. Great for catch up.

They're a little pricey (ok, a lot), but they're conveniently located (close to a Baker's Delight, mind you) and they offer a loyalty card, so you can get a drink for free after 10 or so. I find the staff very friendly. Despite how busy they usually are, I've never had to wait long for my coffee, which I put down to competent baristas and a sufficient amount of staff. I highly recommend the iced coffee and mochas!

Go to Gloria Jeans to buy coffee when walking through. Coffee quality itself is okay, customer service could be a lot better. Table service non-existent. No customer greetings or communication within staff. Style and design very nice; could be a very nice cafe to stop by for if staff were nicer

Service took ages, i was waiting for very long time to get served but everyone was busy chatting and laughing and some were cleaning but not even looking at the line and how there were alot of people waiting ,and i got my drink made wrong twice!
