I came in yesterday with my new points activated card they give you to order and redeem points with in order to receive free drinks. I ordered my reg cappuiccino and scanned my card, didn't work and just activated it two weeks ago. The female staff member was unsure of what to do, seemed frazzled and really streesed over the matter. She then asked another male staff member who was also unsure. No communication to me about the situation. In the end I paid for my drink and left. Definitely won't be back again.

Bought a voltage which was good. The location is fantastic as close to train station so great meeting point. In need of improvement on outdoor area though.

Chai Latte was very disappointing. Atmosphere was cute but in desperate need of a clean. The position is terrific as a meeting place but there is definate room for improvement.

great area, service could be better, and the products, eg, ice coffee definitely could be better, and products could look more fresh but other than that, the setting of the place is good

pretty pricey they didnt have any plain bagels,coffee was not strong enough,the cakes on display didnt look fresh or the scones were dry,cream runny,wasnt pleasant

I enjoy a good cup of Gloria Jeans coffee but at some stores, the staff aren't helpful. The Strathfield location seem to have found staff who enjoy what they do and that smile - which is really nice when you need a caffeine hit! Service is fast - I have never waited long for my order and they always get it right!
