Every time Ivisit park more, I always come here. I have a coffee here with my baby and relax before doing our grocery shopping. Staff are friendly here. It's not overly busy so we can always find a seat. Also love the little cakes and desserts here.

A relaxing place to sit down and have a coffee or hot chocolates. Great customer service with friendly staff who always have a smile when served.

I usually visit every Tuesday, and after walking around the shops for a time, I enjoy sitting and relaxing with a large "iced chocolate" minus the cream, Yum.

Staff are extremely friendly. Coffees are great too. Fantastic place to have a coffee with family or friends. People there are willing to assist you in selling coffees or purchasing coffee beans. A must visit area around Keysborough.

Gloria Jeans Parkmore is a friendly place to have a coffee anytime of the day. The staff are all very friendly and the service is quick as well. When you are not happy with your coffee, you are able to speak to them and they are happy to offer you a refund or they will make a new one for you.

Some drinks can be expensive, but they have the frequent visitor card where you can earn free coffees. Good range. Long waits in queues. Modern shops, although can be very dirty/messy when they dont clean the tables.

EVERY single one of the staff are pleasant and make great consistent cofee. Many of them remember my name and how I have my cofee. I am a Gloria Jean's fan but none of the other franchises have the same consistentcy and friendliness.
