Yes, I know it's a mega-chain coffee shop, we all know it, I'm reviewing this particular store because of their lack of cleanliness.
I have never seen a staff member clean a table in this store.
Often, your only choice of table is between the dirty or the dirtier one.
Even when it's not busy, the two girls stand gossiping behind the counter, ignoring the multitude of dirty tables and not lifting a finger to clear or clean them.
Makes me wonder how clean it is behind the counter - probably not very, judging by their poor standards in the customer service area.
I'll be buying my coffee elsewhere when at Eastlands in future.
Management should take notice, because if I've noticed, so has everyone else.
