Great staff , good hot chocolate . But take bit long time to get my drinks ..maybe is busy time on lunch time . But overall is good . Will go to have lunch everyday .

i love the cold drinks here. they are so much better than star bucks frapacinos.
they are not too sweet and very refreshing and smooth. i also like the sausage rolls. such a nice ice chocolaate especially when they top it off with so much cream. yum

I go everyday because its the best coffee in the area and the service just cant be beaten. Im always happy to walk in and be greeted by the fab staff. I am often found recommending the place to family and friends.

This Gloria Jeans has a great location on Chapel St, in the Jam Factory. They have a good selection of fresh muffins and slices. The coffee is as to be expected from Gloria Jeans. The staff are friendly-ish, but nothing special. The upstairs is like a private lounge room. If you are lucky there won't be anyone up there. The downer of this coffee shop is they don't have their own toilets- you have to go to the Jam Factory- not as close as it should be really.
