Made very well. . Don't muck around while they are working. .. every time I go they do excellent am never ever not satisfied

We usually stop here for a coffee after we've done our shopping every few weeks. They have friendly staff and nice food and drinks. The store is fairly clean. Only criticism is that there isn't a lot of seating space so you don't always get to stay to enjoy your drink/meal.

have been to this store several times. sometimes you get great service sometimes not so much. a little smile goes a long way ladies even if its the end of the day! will still go there again though love their chillers

We have been to this coffee shop several times. They are very expensive, have poor customer service, get our orders wrong and make terrible coffee. We will not be going back to this coffee shop.

As I have been working on the southside of Brisbane,I am always popping in to places for a quick and go coffee.Unfortunately,I had to wait longer than usual for my coffee and there was only two of us waiting.The staff member who served me was polite and had a lovely welcoming smile.The coffee was worth every bit of the wait.

The service of this Gloria Jeans is quite good. The staff are friendly and keep their smile on their face to every customers.

Have been there a few times but never going back! They consistently get the order wrong - ordered a hot chocolate for the kids and asked them to make it warm, when I took it to the table, it was HOT. All they did was throw half of it out and add cold milk, diluting all the flavour.

Another time I ordered a white chocolate mocha and all I got was a cup of sweet hot milk for my trouble. The staff are never friendly. Compared to Gloria Jeans at Calamvale which is just across the road, the Sunnybank Hills one is pitiful.
