The speed these guys make there coffees is amazing, fast friendly service, great tasting coffee, what more could i ask for?!
Only thing i would comment on is the microwaved sausage rolls... not the tastiest thing going.

Most impressed by the service. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I ordered a coffee and planned to work on my laptop. But it's battery is flat, and I could not see any power outlet on the wall. So I asked the staff whether I can connect to power. The staff let me connect the laptop to their storage room at the back. The cord was long enough and I was still able to sit in the comfortable chair. But the staff had to watch their steps not to trip over when go in and out the store room. It was really appreciated that they went beyond to satisfy a customer's need.

I normally go upstairs to Border's Gloria Jeans but this one was closer. What a mistake!
The young server behind the counter was rude and did not know how to smile. It was like being served by a zombie. The coffee was poorly made, no froth, such a disappointment. Honestly the mood from all the staff was sombre and dark.
