Great service. Always clean. The team at Gloss are all lovely. Such a relaxing environment. Best facials ever. I won't go anywhere else. Love that they are open late Wednesday Nd Thursday nights. So convenient.

Beautician is a little less than friendly... the apprentice is lovely though. I found she is not very friendly which I like when I go somewhere for a treatment. She is very much in & out about what you are having done.. I would go for more treatments if it had a more welcoming environment.
