the staff could do with some customer service training..would have appreciated if the cashier had of stopped talking to her friend a little sooner and served me.

The staff could use some customer service training but apart from that what do you expect from a discount retailer. Cheap prices for great items. Especially love thier range of clothes. A+

The staff are very young and were somewhat unknowing and uncaring. They know nothing about customer service and can not string a sentence together well. "Wo type?" is asked as one hands a credit card over, with a signature upon it. "Pinasign" in one word.
