DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.
Customer service is very bad. Had to be on hold for more than an hour on three occasions.They even charged 50.24$ for paying with PayPal, prior warning.

I booked a flight online and paid by credit card. The fee was deducted from my credit card immediately and had promo emails sent to me but I haven't received my actual booking. After struggling to have it resent to me numerous times, I decided to call the office. The staff member on the phone was so rude telling me not to worry about it and just turn up at the gate and hope that my seat is booked. They went to no effort to resolve the issue. I will never book through this company again. Stay clear!!!
