We offer a flexible structure including Fixed Monthly Packages for ongoing support and Hourly Rates for one-off projects or "rescue bookkeeping" (clean-ups).

Prices are tailored to business size. Basic packages start from $150/month, while complex payroll and full-service management are quoted based on transaction volume.

Yes, we are members of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?
Our standard terms are 7 days from invoice. We offer automated payment plans through Xero and accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Standard reports are provided within 48-72 hours. For urgent BAS lodgments or "rescue" jobs, we offer priority turnaround to meet ATO deadlines.
