I rang the office to get a quote for conveyance matter. [redacted due to personal identifier] was so rude, before I finish my conversation she just hang up the call. I rang back telling her my call was cut off, she makes no apologise (not back I am expecting one), she very abruptly interrupted and said, " I put you to someone" . Her tune of voice sounds been annoyed and has issues with people ringing for quote. Anyway, I went somewhere else.
