Purchased a vacuum cleaner for about $200.00. After using it for a fortnight, a pin on the telescopic vacuum tube came off. I took the complete vacuum cleaner back to Godfreys and they replaced the vacuum cleaner with a brand new one.

I don't care for Godfreys. I was going to write my own review, but then realised I didn't really have enough to say to warrant a whole review.
We went there once to the Bundall store, looking to buy a vacuum cleaner that was around $150-$200, and the guy kept trying to talk us into buying one that was over $500. NO THANKS!
He also kept mentioning that he was "sick" to work in such a company, and that he wore a tutu in his free time. Okaaaaay then...
