Recently purchased a vacuum from Matt..but it was entirely different to the one I'd intended to buy..Matt's knowledge and low pressure vibe was a pleasant change from most of my retail experiences and he changed my mind and gave us a good deal. Vacuum does everything that was promised. Thanks Matt..btw..great beard!

after purchasing a very expensive vacuum cleaner and paying extra for a warranty and servicing i was disappointed to realise more than a year later that they had not contacted me for the annual service as they had promised. i quickly took the vacuum in but it took three weeks to get the servicing done and they will not extend to allow for the second servicing to be done as paid for and will not give me a refund. but at least the cleaner is functioning much better now.
