Worst customer service ever. Never going to attend again. Went to the store and explained to the shop attendant about issues with the vacuum which we bought only 3 months ago for $180. Store attendant stated it was our fault as we did not took care of the filter and we have to pay $30 to replace the filter as it was not covered under warranty. It's not about the money but it's about the customer service and experience that you want. We left the vacuum at the store

Went here to just get vacuum cleaner bags. The two sales people were busy serving customers with vacuum cleaners when we walked in, so we had to wait. We didn't get acknowledged, so we just waited. Luckily another staff member came out from the back and said he had just finished lunch. They have a huge range of bags and we cant find the one we use anywhere else.
