Well, we've all seen their commercials - great value cheap vacuum cleaners. I walked into this store, waited around 5 minutes to be served. When I told the man (whos name I unfortunately didn't get) what I was after, he rolled his eyes and took very little interest in helping me out. I asked if the one I was looking at ( there was a choice of 3) was any good and he snapped back at me saying "You get what you pay for, if you want cheap then you get cheap results, what do you want me to say" I couldn't believe how rude he was being, I felt he had better things to do than serve a woman wanting a $49 vacuum cleaner. I ended up buying it. Still visibly not interested in this sale, he put it through and I was on my way. I felt like crap after leaving the store. Wont be going back there, ever.

Great products and excellent service. Staff are professional and really know their products well. I was encouraged to test run the vacuum cleaners and was even given "dirt" to try it on. They also sell cleaning accessories and carpet shampoo machines.
