my Kirby vacuum cleaner had a broken plug, wires were un attached on the inside of cord. I gave Godfreys a call, and they said that it was a 5min job and they would be more than happy to look at it. in the end i took the cleaner to them, they fixed it straight away, and it cost under $20 to have a new plug installed. now the vacuum works perfectly!
