Being a vacuuming specialist store I expected them to be a whole lot better than what they were. They were rude from the beginning, and though discounting the price, I got home to find a dirty filter, missing parts and lack of suction. On return I was discreetly accused of misplacing the missing parts, they failed to provide explanation as to why the vacuum looked as though it had been used and at the end would not refund or exchange it until I had called the customer complaint line and had their approval.

So a no good business in my opinion, though I will admit the prices are quite reasonable
