The Godfreys store I am referring to is in the Homemaker centre, not Colonnades.
Took a robot vac in for repair, 3 months later still dont have it back. told week after week that it will be here next week.
Always a different person in the store or on the phone, have to explain the situation each time.
Rang Godfreys national help number and got the same result "will need to speak to the store and get back to you".
Will never, ever buy a product from Godfreys again and will go out of my way to let everyone know how bad their service is.
I have given up on getting this item returned.
If anyone is thinking about buying a product from this company / store I strongly recommend you dont.

I went there to enquire about a new vacuum cleaner. Ours had recently decided to break so needed a replacement. I told the salesperson what features I would need and she was able to show me a number of different products. I was shown a Vax model which was on special at the time. It was clear that the sales team operate on commission, what began as a friendly discussion quickly turned into a pressure sale. I decided to shop around and see what other deals were available. I ended up not purchasing from the company and got a similar deal elsewhere. The value for money was average. I was initially drawn to this company due to a current marketing campaign on TV and press, but found many of the items I wanted to look at not available.

Very disappointing. Very pushy sales people. Left with a totally different product that was not suited to the job in the end. The problem with some of these kinds of businesses is when they earn based on commission.
