Went in, told salesman my needs and he only tried to sell me the premium $1700 vacuum. While i was impressed with the item, i couldn't commit at that time. He joked "why would you need to (discuss this purchase with my husband)?!" Then as if left he suddenly offerred to sell a cheaper item but i honestly didn't know what we wanted/ needed. Wouldn't go back if he was in there again. Pros: good range, take trade-ins.
