I purchased a Steam Cleaner on-line from Godfrey's on 27th February, unfortunately by 18th March I still had no Steam Cleaner! When I contacted customer support I was told there was an issue with the courier company. Godfrey's eventually sent out the steam cleaner...however...to the Wrong address! When I spoke to customer service I was told that no supervisor would be available to discuss the matter with me for a week...very, very poor service...we can't wait for Amazon to arrive in Australia to show second rate on-line companies like Godfrey's that a high level of customer service is necessary to be successful.
