Never Sent order, buyer beware
Ordered a bike from them over a month ago, 23rd November and still don't have it. Was a Christmas present for my Son and today is Christmas eve and they called me for the first time ever and all they did was lie to me. They rip you off, they don't reply to continuing emails I have sent. I have taking this to the Department of fair trading and have already reported them to the ACCC. Disgusting business and all they do is lie.
They have ripped off many customers, do not trust them. Look at all their reviews and do not trust them. Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated.
Order showed in stock when purchased, did not contact me to make me aware, it was only when I contacted them they made me aware. Customer service is very poor and delivery very slow, I'm still waiting for my order. They will get no more Business from me.

They never attempted contacting my by phone ever. Only on Christmas eve.
They just lie through their teeth, do not believe a word they say.

Buyers beware!!! Purchased a go kart, has been back for repairs 4 times - still not resolved. It was a problem the day we first ran it! They refuse to refund - they simply keep repairing it and charge $60 per hour for the privilege - what a joke! This is almost a scam.. they sell you a defective product, and then charge you more money to keep fixing it. I will never be purchasing from these people again. If you live far from their store, definitely consider someone else as who knows what trouble they'll put you through if you can't drive it back! Cheap and nasty imported stuff which they don't back with a proper warranty obviously.

I brought my son a GMX 110cc Quad bike from GoEasy Online, he absolutely loves it! They even offer after sales support and servicing. My son begs me to take him down to there show room every weekend as he always wants to buy accessories for it... Love GoEasy Online.
