This is the first time our 1 year old medium sized dog had to be looked after. He was in for 2 weeks. When I picked him up, he was so visibly stressed I thought he was going to pass out. He also had one of the worst conjunctavitis infections I've ever seen (I am in the profession). They didn't acknowledge they had anything wrong and seemed glad to get rid of him. I picked him up 2 days earlier than expected due to a shorter trip, and had I left him in there the full amount of time I'm fairly certain he would have vision loss from the infection. He also had an upset stomach for a few days. It took our boy a good week to get back to being his bouncy playful self. NEVER again will I send him there. I found a great place in Nerang where he will definitely be returning to!

I have been using the GC Boarding Kennel for over a year now. My boxer Axel loves it there. I travel often with work, many times with short notice and they have been able to take Axle each time. I have been inside and inspected the runs and the kennel as a whole and found it to be of a high standard. The staff are frendly and professinal and Axel is happy to go back again. He even takes his own bed from home when he's there for more that a few days. Many times Axel gets a bath before I pick him up which he may not like so much, but sutes me perfect! Sometimes it's little hard to catch someone on the phone but they have an answering machine and usually get back to you quickly (at least I know they're out with the animals not sitting in the office). It's easy to find with loads of parking, prices are average, it's not flash or over the top but the staff genuenally love anamals. I would recomend this kennel to anyone. Good job GC Boarding Kennels!
