Every visit I receive excellent, professional dental treatment from Dr Ross Jones. Dental assistants are good and extremely friendly. Procedures are what needs to be done for dental repairs and cleaning etc and not what might need to be done to get more from client. I have been a customer for five years and my other family members are also very happy with Dr Jones. He is the best dentist I have seen in my 58 years.

I have been to this dentist several times over the years, mainly to get teeth removed unfortunately (no fault of the dentist!), and they have always been excellent.

Kind, without being weird or babying me (I am 30 years old but look young and some dentists have in the past treated me like a kid for some reason), they give the injection gently so it barely hurts, they are also efficient and explain to you thoroughly before, during and after everything you need to know about the procedure you're having.

The actual suite is small but clean and pleasant. The cost of the procedures I've had is also very reasonable compared to some other dentists I've been to.

Highly recommend this place! (you can also go shopping afterwards seeing as you're right in the middle of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, or grab a bite to eat - if you can feel your mouth, that is!
