I can only judge this company by my personal experience today dealing with Rob and Jared. They were on time, polite and professional but above anything else they were fast. It's always a worry when you know you're charged on an hourly rate but this cost me much less than I was expecting due to the speed and ability of these two champions.

Best removalist company I have ever used in my life, they moved the contents of our 3 bedroom apartment to two (2) nearby duplexes in under 3 hours. No dodgy depot charges, no stalling for time, no unnecessary trips or breaks, just pure unbridled work ethic. When I asked one of the guys if he could move a desk from one duplex master bedroom to another he replied with a smile "I don't go in empty handed", next time he took an item of furniture to the master bedroom the desk came with him. Talk about efficient. Would definitely use again!

We have moved many times, and this recent move was undoubtedly the best we have ever experienced! Shaun and William arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently. They showed great care with our goods, and the move was completed in a very short time (including plumbing the washing machine in). The price charged was very reasonable, and we have no hesitation in recommending Local Moves highly to those needing to move in the Gold Coast.
