we move around a lot, this is the worst removal company ever. left half our stuff behind and what they did bring was literally dumped every where ,

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS "REMOVAL" COMPANY - THEY DON'T MOVE ANYTHING. If I could give negative stars, I would. Booked to move 1 bedroom's worth of items within the same postcode last Monday, waited hours for them to turn up and finally a text message saying they weren't coming due to rain (it had been raining ALL DAY). Rebooked for yesterday and exactly the same thing happened, waited hours and no show. Rebooked again for this morning, and surprise surprise, another no show. This company also lied about the amount of bookings they'd cancelled, refused to send a cancellation confirmation this last time, and when I told them I would be detailing all of this in a Google review, they simply hung up. Completely unprofessional, absolutely untrustworthy, and rude, disrespectful customer "service". I can't find enough bad words to say about these fraudsters that will make it past the profanity filters. DO NOT BOOK.

This company/backyard operators are so unprofessional, they’re not insured! They broke mine and my kids TV and said it was already damaged, there is also hidden cost that weren’t mentioned. This was by far the most expensive move to date, tried for a resolution but you get nowhere! Do not use!!

Carlos and his team turned what was going to be a high stress day into an easy, almost relaxed process. Everything was packed, they were meticulous on details. A difficult bulk sofa was easily dealt with, everyone was polite, friendly and conscientious. Five stars and recommended all day long. Really great, thanks so much all of you.

During Covid requested NONE, requested Gloves nothing. Not interest in looking after the customer or their own useless staff.

Smashed a small kids table ($20) which I had to throw out, and trampled all over a bean bag which also had to be thrown out. Worse part is that they started at 10:14 and stated 10:00 which I signed as I didn’t think it would be an issue. But then when they finished at 02:16 it was rounded up to 02:30pm and essentially charged an additional hour. This doesn’t include the 15mins spent on the phone, organizing their next delivery which they were rushing my job to get too. I feel if they were on time and not on the phone, they could have done a better job rather than handle my things so poorly. Lastly they would not move the glass coffee table

Very unprofessional, way over priced, damaged goods and no Covid safety precautions! This is my 5th move and includes interstate, so I have very fair and reasonable expectations. I have contacted Gold Removals, but not interest in rectifying the situation. But Gold Removals is scary bad! Lots of other options and choices, {Removed comment}

After reading the reviews same good and some bad, I decided to go with gold removals this time and I was impressed! The guys were very hardworking, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move.

This is the second time we have used gold removals. I could not be happier. The admin team were prompt with all of my requests, but more importantly the removalists worked extremely hard and no job was too large. They were careful with all our precious belongings and did not damage anything. Could not recommend more highly!
