well chinese on sunday night here was a bit disappointing/ spent $9 all up and wasnt satisfied. thought we would try it as had driven past a lot and seen ppl waiting for their takeaway orders out on the footpath so thought we would give it a try. well 3 ppl waiting in front of us ,told ten fifteen minute wait ended up almost 25min. the restaurant and the takeaway have different entrances which is good. restaurant was void of customers at 6ish. decor is ok nice paintings on the walls of Aisan themed trees etc. why it took so long to cook food I dont know. we ordered honey king prawns, combination zechuan, mixed entree with 2 lovely spring rolls,2 battered dim sims which i didnt like because of the thick batter, and 2 dried not very filled wontons and sauce for 7.50. also a large special fried rice. one meal leaked in the bad badly because the lid was put on and broke.
my honey prawns I didnt finish ,the batter was far too thick for my liking, prawns were ok though but the honey flavour was lying on the bottom of the container in the noodles and hard to mix unless you swapped it to a plate which we finally did. the szechuan was very watery and must have been a quarter of the container of it. the rice was very dry and lacked flavour. dont think I want to give them a second chance. too much I wasnt impressed with. very dry, tasteless meals and please dont put thick batter on your food. value for money was ok though lot of it . range started from $15.9- to $20
