This Dentist dose not give you 2 free cleans a year if your provider is Medibank Private, there is a gap to pay.

I also have been a patient along with my 3 children for the past 10 years. I've had enough..
The change over of dentists is redicilous. Was treated very poorly by receptionist and time and time again they have me under 3 profiles in system so every time they want me to fill out new forms as a new patient..
It's all a bit second rate and clearly under poor management as staff turnover is prevalent. Thank you new receptionist for being so rude as the 5 in my family will go elsewhere..

Great dentists and hygenists. Very thorough and all women (which means smaller hands!). Opening times are good and best of all is they are on Medibank members choice list, which in my case means 2 free cleans a year!

I went for a filling. The dentist was excellent but the cost was way above what I expected. My health fund that I am on top table for didn't even cover 50% of the cost. When I queried this I was advised that the dental surgery charged me way over the amount that my health fund covered. No impressed!

fantastic dentist, clean and professional, i go every six months for a clean and check up and have always had outstanding dental care, receptionists are also very help full and friendly
