We had originally booked 2 nights accommodation for us during the Christmas holiday period and we had to cut our vacation short after our 1st night as we had a terrible nights sleep.

We found the bed extremely hard and the pillow was not satisfactory at all in that it was so hard to sleep on and had no movement either. To top it off our room was situate right in front of a security light which shone brightly into our room (we do not blame management for this of course!!).

the room itself was very clean and well maintained. a small mini fridge and coffee pod machine was also available which was an added bonus.

there is a small swimming pool on site but unfortunately it was closed for repairs, which was a shame as we were there on very hot days.

the management of the motel were absolutely brilliant, such polite people who let us check in earlier than the usual 2pm time as our room was ready. When we expressed our disappointment in our experience of bad night's sleep, the owners were very apologetic trying their best to find another room to accommodate us. in the end, the owners refunded our 2nd night accommodation and found us another motel for us to check into.

I have absolute praise for the management who were very understanding and helpful in resolving our issue.
