Goldmark

Guys I went to the Knox City store of Goldmark Jewellers last weekend to purchase nosestuds. When I asked the girl behind the counter about whether they stocked them she pointed to the bottom of a cabinet and said "they are down there". When I asked her if she had a particular type of nose stud she was quite unhelpful, and it was clear she didnt want to help. I basically pushed her to take me to the cabinet and show me the studs so I could ask her questions about them. I was the only one in the shop at the time so she cant excuse her poor customer service skills with a busy excuse.

shop assistants nice and helpful...they have range of variety of jewellery...i have few pieces from goldmark...the best thing is to buy when they have sales (which is quite often)...also if you buy few items you receive goldmark card and receive [points on every item purchased...1 point is worth $10 which adds up to reasonable amount and can be used for next item purchased...

I went to by my girlfriend a gold necklace for her birthday and on what was supposed to be a great day ended up upsetting my girl. The sales assistant was really rude to us.
