Purchased an engagement ring which was too big, after returning from the holiday which my partner and I got engaged I found out that they will not resize the ring or exchange it for another as "it's been worn".

Please tell me who would not wear their first engagement ring after being proposed too? Very poor performance from this store and expected better when paying $$$$ for their product

Gorgeous stuff in here! Brands they have include Guess & Pandora & some giftware pieces too. They always seem to have good sales (especially around Christmas) and the staff are always friendly & know what they are talking about.
