Write a reviewWe have a couple of investment properties and have always gone to our regular broker (one of the big brokering franchises) but thought for our next purchase, we'd give Matthew a try after overhearing a guy sitting at the table next to us at dinner speak very highly of him. Lets just say we've found a new Broker who not only is a friendly guy, but his background with property investing allows him to view and understand things from an investors perspective, something our previous broker didn't do quite so well at. I've since met another person who uses Matthew and they also would not consider going to any other broker. I was almost kind of hesitant posting this review as I don't want too many people finding out about him but at the end of the day, I think someone who provides a great service and can think outside the box to help others should be congratulated on. Hope you don't get too busy Matthew!
P.S. He doesn't charge a fee for his service which is a bonus ( I think this is standard as Brokers get paid by the banks).

I don't believe that Newton address is correct as we recently met up with Matthew down at a Norwood office. He's got an office in Sekisui House on the Parade.
