Yesterday I puchased a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner from Aaron at The Good Guys Warrawong. From my initial phone enquiry Aaron was very friendly and customer focused. I felt welcome before I even entered the store. I drove to the store and Aaron offered to get me a chair to sit, as I am in a lot of arthritic pain, and walk with a stick. He then demostrated the cleaner. He really knows his products.!! He enquired what type of floors I have and explained the best cleaner for me. To be SO Customer focused and ALSO know your products is Amazing Service. I am new to the area and it is the first time I have been to this store, but it won't be the last.
