Always helpful and friendly -- even three years after I purchased my fridge the team were extremely helpful in getting the manufacturer to come the party in replacing it when it was found to be faulty. Truly turned whats could have been a nightmare into something pleasant. I know now why this is my go to place whenever I need an appliance.

frequented this store on many occassions. always helpful with discounts and finding whatever i need. did find a dryer here cheap in there catologue but the saleslady didnt know about it, i purchased another one slightly more expensive ,by the time i went out to the dock to pick it up she had come running out to me saying she found the cheaper one, so we went back inside and she refunded the difference so i got a very cheap dryer. for $129 was very happy. have purchased a fair few items here and always happy with everything. huge store... can always find a salesperson to help.plenty of parking

I buy lots of things from Good Guys Lutwyche and am always happy with the prices and service. Recently I had an issue with the pricing of a product and it was resolved without drama which I genuinely appreciated.

Parking is easy, right out the front. They have a huge range and if you sign up for their newsletter you'll always be alerted to any specials.

Just bought a refrigerator at GG Lutwyche. They had only one on the floor but after pointing out a few miniscule scratches I got it for a steal including extended warranty. Great service too...will go back again :)
