I purchased a L.G. curved screen t.v. paying over $3000 on the 1/3/16 from Good Guys South Tweed. 2 days ago it had a black line going through the entire screen, I phoned the store and spoke to an employee who said he would see what could be done. After a couple of hours I phoned the store back to be told they would replace the T.V. but I had to return the T.V. myself to the store , pay for the delivery for the new one and pay again for setting it up. I consider this as extremely poor service for such an expensive item with full warranty. I am 85 years of age. The other option I was given by them was to deal with L.G.myself which I have done, I believe this should have been done by the store Good Guys. Very disapointed in the store I have been a good customer for many years and advise them to review their customer service policy, I for one will look for another store nearby

UPDATE: I would like to thank the staff member from the Good Guys at South Tweed for rectifying the problem my television, replacing it and delivering it as well as setting it up for me, I am now a satisfied customer once again.
