I 'won' session via Facebook for a photoshoot. I initially spoke to Jess who organised everything. We had just had our first bub so a great excuse for a shoot.

Unfortunately on the day we were running late due to my bub waking up late so we were a bit all over the place when we arrived. The shoot went smooth and the photographer tried to make us feel comfortable.

The photos turned out to be a lot nicer than I expected. I just wish we could afford more of the photos.

Upon arriving, I was stunned by how cozy and warm the little studio is. They have music playing, comfy couches and I was given a lovely latte and some water while I chatted with my photographer, Ellesha, about my expectations and what I wanted from the shoot.

The session honestly felt like it whizzed by and by the end, I found myself not wanting it to end. I then waited back at the couches while Ben introduced himself to me as the person who'd show me the photos/deal with my transaction. He was incredibly patient and kind while my anxiety caught up to me and had me rambling very fast (sorry Ben) and was so supportive when I cried over my photos.

Worth mentioning that they have payment plans and multiple ways to showcase your photoshoot depending on your preferences which I heavily appreciated.

Overall, it was a very fun time and I found a newfound confidence and freedom in seeing my body presented in a flattering light. I highly recommend this business and their lovely family.

I decided to have some extra special semi nude photos for my husband at age 45 to bring out my beauty and sexuality in a way he hadn't experienced.
I felt at ease as the session unfolded and was able to express myself with my own outfits and props.
This made my experience more authentic and comfortable.
Most importantly I had lots of fun in the process.
I would definitely recommend for anyone looking at doing the same ,it's a great way to honour self as the beautiful woman we truly are ,no matter what our bodies look like ,so glad I allowed self to have this experience.

The staff and photographers at good life were on point. The studio was well set up and easy to find. Communication was great both calls and emails regularly. We were treated very kindly and professionally. Got all the shots we wanted done even though we went over our time allotted. Particularly understanding of our young children aged ten weeks and 2 1/2 at the time. Not to mention prepared with cuppas and bubbles
Would have given more stars if the time between shooting and pick up was what it was meant to be. And if I’m honest I feel like it a bit expensive but I’ve been told the prices are pretty good so what do I know.

Photos were amazing and my photographer was definitely an expert in his craft! $1000 voucher idea is brilliant and was what drew me to the business. My only point for improvement is when calling clients to tell them their photos make sure they 100% understand that they will have to pay the remaining balance there (if in a pay plan). I received a call with 2 instalments left to paying saying I could grab them and drove nearly 50mins to get them thinking because the final payments were due to come out within the next fortnight I could grab them but then was told right before I got there that if I wanted them I would have to pay the remaining balance on the spot which I didn’t have the funds for at the time. I completely understand that process hence why I called to clarify just before getting there but when booking those pick appointments in future please clarify that the customer understands this process to avoid my situation again :))

I would highly recommend Good Life Portraits! The photographer is amazing, the photos came out so beautiful, also the rest of the team were very sweet and extremely welcoming! Oh and the coffee was a great bonus :)
