Good life portraits captured our sons newborn photos and did a terrific job! Being our first child we were a bit nervous of how he would go but the photographer kept him calm throughout the whole session. Afterwards Ben took us through all the photos taken and presented them beautifully. Would definitely recommend them!

We won the $1,00 voucher online and chose to have a family shoot with our 8 month old. We had such a great experience with the shoot and felt really comfortable. We had a couple of phone calls beforehand to check what we wanted which was great. I had in my mind that I was only going to purchase about 4 prints however as my baby is so photogenic it was really hard to narrow it down. We ended up spending a lot more than we had planned but they are something we will cherish forever and the quality is great. As we also got the digital copies of our prints we know what our family is getting for Christmas this year

I was contacted by email and phone so they could introduce themselves and run me through the details of the voucher. it was very reassuring how honest they were and how clearly they explained things.

The voucher covers 1 hour with the photographer and 1 hour with the designer valued at $225. That leaves you with $775 for photos. They are a print studio so unfortunately they don’t offer digital copies on their own, however, any prints you purchase you will also receive as digital copies. The $775 covers 2-3 of their 8 x 10 inch matted prints and then if you want more or if you’d like to upgrade to a fancier display you are able to spend out of your own money as well.

I think it is important to note I was asked about my budget prior to my visit and made to feel very comfortable if I couldn’t afford to purchase any extras. I went in knowing I’d probably want at least half a dozen photos from the shoot and ended up settling on eight, even after applying the voucher I was offered a couple of extra prints free of charge which is just above and beyond service.

I also feel it is important to note that I opted for a boudoir shoot. As it is a very intimate shoot I was contacted several times regarding themes I was interested in, aspects of my personality I could showcase and what I’d be comfortable wearing. On the day every effort was made to make sure I was comfortable throughout the shoot and respect any boundaries I may have had.

All in all everyone I spoke with from their team presented as very genuine, professional and kind. The service they provided was exceptional and the voucher experience was honest and straightforward. I am incredibly happy with the quality of work and the customer service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Our first newborn photoshoot with our baby was beyond our expectations. We’re so happy with the pictures, such a beautiful treasure to go back in time and enjoy the first days of our baby. We can’t thank you enough!

We had our family photos taken by Ben and they were beautiful. After always having them done through another company for the past 12 years I can honestly say the standard is up there. Great location and studio, we felt looked after from the time we arrived. They communicated well getting in touch before the shoot to get to know what our expectations were and what to bring along on the day. I won a voucher from a Facebook giveaway - booking in the time for my shoot was easy, and the lady I spoke to was happy to go over shoot and prop ideas on what I wanted to use the voucher for. The studio is small, but has a lovely atmosphere, and I enjoyed my time there. It was really hard to narrow down my choices of pictures to stay within my budget (as always, the cost of prints, frames and products is always expensive), but I didn't feel any pressure to have to buy more. I'd love it if there was more of an option to buy digital copies of the pictures (being in a rental there's not always the option to hang or display printed/framed pictures), but I was happy with my experience.
