Please doo not go here! It was quite horrendous. I've been here before but I just don't know what's happened. I'm usually quite tolerant of substandard service but this is just unacceptable.

They used to be friendly and warm but when I went the last few times (just last week in fact), they paid little attention to me and my friend. We don't ask for much, just a bit of respect and decency. We waited one hour before we were serviced despite having made bookings. Clearly, they need more staff. Not only that, my hair got burnt from the blow-dry because they forgot to put in treatment prior to the blow-dry, and I had to get it cut off from another salon. They were busily chatting to each other whilst blowing my hair, making comments about other people that I really didn't have to hear: "oh, isn't that bad ugly hair?" "Oh look, the fat lady's back *rolls eyes*" These aren't very nice things to say so I'm not impressed at all.

My friend's been losing her hair since getting treatment from MyGoodLooks. We both agree that the staff there are amateur and rude. You might as well get your own hair washed at home than at this terrible place. They wet your hair, toss it around a bit and that's your hairwash done in 2 minutes.The only thing going for this place is that they have carparking; I'm being completely honest here. It's saddening and I'm disappointed.

The services provided are expensive too. If you don't want to waste your money and time, DON'T go here. My friend and I won't be back. Never again!

Staff are attentive assist with your options. Not only is this business a hairdresser, but also offers laser treatment, massage, solarium/ spray tan, manicure and pedicure services. They also have good packages to offer. I've dyed my hair and I'm satisfied, and I've tried laser which is less painful than the candelas machine i have tried in the past.
