Terrible cleaning extremely rude and wouldn't come back to fix the problems and then had the nerve to say my hygiene is disgusting when the house wasnt very dirty at all. Complete waste of money. Do not use them.

Asked for credit card deposit and then charged full price upfront + $200 more than agreed before the job was complete. Smoked in the house. Cigarette butts left in the garden, one was left lit on the deck outside and burnt the wood. Very poor clean, could have done the same myself in an hour for free. Rental agency wants to still charge $350 for a clean. No refund, the owner is nice on the phone, but obviously a complete scammer. Don't even think about using them. I'm only writing a review here because there are clear fake users / one in a million satisfied customers posting good reviews of this horrible company. Go look at any other review site.

The work carried out by Pascal and Richard was first class. They were very knowledgable about cleaning materials and paid great attention to every detail of the clean. They did take longer than first thought but that is because they do a first rate job!!! We also had the carpets cleaned by 'Goodfellas' to a high standard. The end of lease inspection agent was impressed , We received our full bond back. Great value for money!!!

Wish I read the reviews and am kicking myself as I usually do!
They advertise themselves as end of lease cleaners, what a load of crap, they can't even clean well at all.
There was dust on the skirting boards, marks all over walls and cobwebs still on the walls. They took over 5 hours to do a 2 bedroom place and one bathroom wasn't even touched! They didn't clean the carpets properly and there was still mould behind the sink and dust behind toilets. I was so mad when I realised but it was too late, my landlord won't release my bond yet and I now have to go in a clean anyway or pay more money. I paid cleaners so I wouldn't have to worry but wish I hadn't wasted my money, such a rip off. I tried to contact them to sort it out but they haven't responded!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I had them come and clean my place for an end of lease inspection. They were fantastic and really good value for money. The place was spotless when they left. The only comment I would make is that the cleaning took much longer then expected, it was fine but if they had have been upfront I could have gone to work and left them rather than hang round the area. Overall a great service and would recommend the comany.

Not only did they not turn up on the day (which was booked a week in advance, and confirmed the day before) they tried to blame me for not telling them the job was so involved ??? I refused to give them the amount they quoted for because of the extra day's rent and electricity THEY cost me.. and in hindsight shouldn't have given them a penny! I still had to go back after and clean it myself.. useless, never again and will tell anyone that wants to listen !!

I had an end of lease clean done by this company. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. Currently talking to Department of Fair Trading it was that bad. I tried dealing with the owner personally and found he was not at all willing to listen to my concerns. Half the jobs I was told would be completed were not. I was quoted a price, not inclusive of GST and only told of this as I went to pay. I also received a second hand receipt as the cleaners didn't have any receipts left in their book. After I was unhappy with the cleaning I contacted the company and addressed my concerns. I was then told that if the real estate agent had any concerns, that they should contact this company directly. The realestate then called and asked them to fix the issues and they refused.

I had to pay another company another $350 to fix the job and do it properly. Horrendous service, horrendous level of work. The oven wasn't cleaned, nor were the walls or the outside windows or skirting boards. The carpet was clean but didn't look professional and the real estate agent requested I have the carpets redone.

Worst experience ever. They insisted we pay cash, refused to give a receipt, and did a very poor job. Will not give a refund or redo the job. An overall very unpleasant experience.
