Over the years, we have found their follow up service to be profession - from the customer service from the officer staff to the manner of the outside workers. we used this company some time ago and from the first contact with their rep at our home until our solar was installed they have been fantastic.
Recently our inverter gave up the ghost and they replaced that and upgraded our panels, all with no fuss or bother. the installers were very professional , and the pricing was fare.

If you want quality service then don't go past Goodhew, service and keeping you informed was excellent. There are cheaper options available but based on a friends bad experience with a dodgy installation, you do so at your peril.

The Goodhew team is very good at corresponding and deliver the service they offer. In my case, they advised me that I don't need to change the hot water tank when I was switching to their solar system as it was still pretty new and in good condition. Saved me a lot of money. Thanks for the advice and not looking at own profit.

Their price was very good but their service was exceptional. I believe they undersold the product as i am getting many more Klw of power than I thought. They did much more than I thought and explained everything. This is the second time I have used them, the last time was 7 years ago, i think they got better.

Goodhew installed our our 3Kw PV system with 1.5Kw of panels many years ago. (our choice). They have just installed the extra 1.5Kw of panels to help cover the running cost of some air conditioning units that we have installed. Service has always been excellent and we have never had any problems with the system at all.
