This is one the best gyms! I have just joined up and its fantastic!. The classes are great. They are not always too busy so you can always get gym equipment without having to wait. The instructors are always walking around and are happy to share tips on the way you use the equipment. I go three times a week and love it

very nice friendly gym. i used to attend this gym for two years and always encountered friendly staff. my son went to the childcare facility here and i loved the staff, they were always so caring towards him.
doesn't have a huge amount of cardio equipment which might be a problem if you were attending during peak times.

Great family friendly gym with friendly staff in the gym and childminding facilities. Just had a revamp so they now have a Spin room. Been a member for nearly 3 years now.
