Signed up, was told one thing at signing up by the salesperson, which was not the truth when the gym finally opened. I joined for the Reformer Pilates, however you will struggle to get into any reformer classes unless you book a week out, people then cancel hours before but then its too late, i have now asked for a membership review on two occasions over a week ago as why do i want to pay for something when i cant use it.
Still waiting for someone to get in contact with me, looks like i will need to go back in to the club and request to speak to someone a further time!
Otherthan the BS service the gym is decent!

The staff are always helpful and have the answers to all my questions, they have great music playing, the products are well priced and the shop is always clean and tidy. They have a large supply of Organic Fruit and Vegetables which I buy each week.
